Ember Shepherd, MA, LBA
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master’s degree from Ball State University, where I also earned graduate certificates in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since 2015, I have been dedicated to the field of ABA and was proud to be one of the first Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Montgomery County.
My professional passion lies in supporting self-advocacy and empowering families through meaningful parent training. I believe in fostering independence while honoring each child’s unique identity and strengths.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, gardening, and spending quality time with my husband and our two daughters. It’s a joy to walk alongside children and families as they grow, learn, and thrive.
Scott Keith, MS
Scott is overjoyed to be an RBT at Full Spectrum. After dabbling in music therapy and psychology, Scott ultimately from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in theater. He believes in the transformative and therapeutic magic of the arts. Providing care to loved ones with autism has given him an appreciation for the unique obstacles families face, and he is committed to fighting the stigma people with special needs battle daily. After studying and traveling all over the globe, Scott is proud to call Waynetown his home, and resides there with his French Bulldog Nova! Scott’s hobbies include meditation, gardening, gaming, and cloud watching.
Paige Warren, BS
Hi! My name is Paige Warren and I have worked with Full Spectrum since 2022 with many different roles! I recently earned my B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University and excited to further my career in the field! I have loved every minute of working at Full Spectrum and being able to grow with all the amazing staff and kiddos!
In my free time I like to craft, photography, puzzles, playing on my Nintendo switch, cooking, and gardening, being outside, and spending time with my family, friends, and two dogs Jerzi and Jax! My favorite food is Little Mexico, alfredo pasta, and pecan pie! My favorite show is Ghost Hunters and How I Met Your Mother! I’m so happy to be a part of the amazing Full Spectrum team and look forward to what’s to come!
Emma Adair
Hello, My name is Emma! I just completed my sophomore year of college studying ABA at Ball State University. I plan to graduate spring 2028 and continue to further my education through receiving my Masters degree. I have been a part of the ABA field for about 3 years now. Outside of my career path, I am a dog momma, love the outdoors, and spending all my time with family!
Joey Grundon
Hello! My name is Joey. I have been part of the FS family for almost 3 years now and love working with this wonderful team and all the amazing kiddos we service. I am in school for my Bachelors in Psychology – Applied Behavioral Analysis and plan on continuing on to graduate school and sitting for my BCaBA after graduation. In my free time, I love spending time with my two babies (Ellie, 2 and Henry, 5) and my husband. We spend lots of time outside playing, gardening, and taking our dog for walks. I also love doing all of the crafts, reading, and thrifting.
Dara Stout
Hi! My name is Dara, I am a mom to an amazing 8-year-old boy. I have been working in the ABA field for about four years, and I am passionate about helping children learn and grow. I love building meaningful relationships with the families and kids I work with while continuing to grow professionally myself. Outside of work, I enjoy going to music festivals and concerts because live music is one of my favorite ways to connect with others. I also love spending quality time with my son and making memories with my friends whenever I can. I try to bring positivity, compassion, and energy to the people around me.
Jakob (Jake) Phillips
My name is Jakob Phillips and I’ve been in the ABA field for 1 year. I love what I do and enjoy seeing the growth among the kids! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our 2 children, listening to music and playing video games.
Grace Brewer
Hi, my name’s Grace! I’m an RBT who loves working with kids and helping them grow and succeed. When I’m not at work, you can find me bird-watching or hanging out with friends and family. I love having some bright colored hair. It’s usually pink, but sometimes I change it up. I bring lots of energy, creativity, and care into everything I do!

Hi my name is Emeri! I have been working as an RBT for a few years now and absolutely love it! I’m so happy to be a part of Full Spectrum’s wonderful team and so excited to see what the future holds! Outside of work I love photography, reading, spending time with my friends and family, and hanging out with my three pets!
Morgan Stickney
Hello I’m Morgan! I’ve been working in the field going on 6 years! I love to create art, play video games and in my off time I visit the Indianapolis Zoo to see the giraffes. I love to be in the outdoors taking walks with my dog Hudson. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Full Spectrum team!
Miles Airla
Hello!! My name is Miles!! I’ve been an RBT for over 2 years and am deeply passionate about helping others! I grew up in Houston, Texas and when I’m not working I love spending time with my wife and crew of animals, reading, playing ukulele, writing and doing all sorts of art! Super happy to be here at Full Spectrum!

Hello! My name is Hannah. I’ve been an RBT for 1 year now, but I’ve been working with children for 4 years. My passion is watching children learn and grow. I have 2 girls of my own. I love to read and crochet in my free time.

Hello, My name is Alice. I have been in ABA for almost 2 years now. I love spending everyday making a difference in the community around me, I’m excited to work with Full Spectrum to do awesome things! Outside of work I love to hike, be outside, and take nature photography!

Hello! My name is Morgan. I have been a RBT for about four years (and have LOVED every minute of it). I’m excited to grow my knowledge of ABA at Full Spectrum! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my Boyfriend and our two cats (Biscuit and Gravy), going fishing, and traveling.

Hello! My name is Kamoria and I’ve been working in ABA for about 3 years now! Before working in this field, I was also a Special Education teacher and a nanny. In my free time, I love to spend time with my daughter and our pets. I’m so excited to expand my knowledge with Full Spectrum!

Hi! My name is Aliyah. I’m 20 years old and I’m so happy that I got his opportunity to work with children in my community! In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family(and my pups) and reading. I also love anything to do with arts and crafts so I can’t wait to share the fun with the littles!
