Ember Shepherd, MA, BCBA

Program Manager

Caitlin is a national certified and state licensed speech-language pathologist. She has been working with children with autism for 6+ years in a variety of settings. Her previous experiences include working in autism centers as an ABA therapist and speech therapist. She incorporates AAC, reading, and imaginative play into her therapy sessions. Caitlin specializes in autism diagnostics and currently works part-time in the Riley Developmental Medicine department. She also owns Better Together Speech Therapy, LLC where she contracts with Full Spectrum ABA Therapy, LLC to provide speech and language services.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys playing house and reading with her two children. She is an avid reader and is part of her neighborhood book club. Caitlin loves unique plants and takes care of 100+ houseplants. She has a special place in her heart for Spain where she has spent time as a childcare provider and student. She speaks proficient Spanish and has 5+ years working with Spanish-speaking clients.

Scott Keith, BA, RBT

Scott is overjoyed to be an RBT at Full Spectrum.  After dabbling in music therapy and psychology, Scott ultimately from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in theater.  He believes in the transformative and therapeutic magic of the arts.  Providing care to loved ones with autism has given him an appreciation for the unique obstacles families face, and he is committed to fighting the stigma people with special needs battle daily. After studying and traveling all over the globe, Scott is proud to call Waynetown his home, and resides there with his French Bulldog Nova!  Scott’s hobbies include meditation, gardening, gaming, and cloud watching.

Hello! My name is Joey. I have been part of the FS family for almost 3 years now and love working with this wonderful team and all the amazing kiddos we service. I am in school for my Bachelors in Psychology – Applied Behavioral Analysis and plan on continuing on to graduate school and sitting for my BCaBA after graduation. In my free time, I love spending time with my two babies (Ellie, 2 and Henry, 5) and my husband. We spend lots of time outside playing, gardening, and taking our dog for walks. I also love doing all of the crafts, reading, and thrifting.

Hi! My name is Dara, I am a mom to an amazing 8-year-old boy. I have been working in the ABA field for about four years, and I am passionate about helping children learn and grow. I love building meaningful relationships with the families and kids I work with while continuing to grow professionally myself. Outside of work, I enjoy going to music festivals and concerts because live music is one of my favorite ways to connect with others. I also love spending quality time with my son and making memories with my friends whenever I can. I try to bring positivity, compassion, and energy to the people around me.

Hi! My name is Paige Warren and I have worked with Full Spectrum since 2022 with many different roles! I recently earned my B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University and excited to further my career in the field! I have loved every minute of working at Full Spectrum and being able to grow with all the amazing staff and kiddos!
In my free time I like to craft, photography, puzzles, playing on my Nintendo switch, cooking, and gardening, being outside, and spending time with my family, friends, and two dogs Jerzi and Jax! My favorite food is Little Mexico, alfredo pasta, and pecan pie! My favorite show is Ghost Hunters and How I Met Your Mother! I’m so happy to be a part of the amazing Full Spectrum team and look forward to what’s to come!
