Meet the team working behind the scenes to support our families, staff, and day-to-day operations. Our administrative team helps keep Full Spectrum Therapies running smoothly while ensuring families and team members have the support they need.
Lauren Long, MA, LBA
Lauren is the co-founder and Executive Director of Indiana Full Spectrum Therapies. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of West Florida in 2015 and her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis, along with a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders, from Ball State University in 2017. A 2019 Journey Fellow, Lauren has spent her career working alongside children, teens, and families in a variety of settings, including schools, summer camps, DCS, and behavior therapy programs.
Lauren is passionate about Autistic advocacy, neurodiversity-affirming care, and advancing meaningful reform within the field of ABA. Her approach centers the dignity, autonomy, and individuality of the people Full Spectrum serves and challenges practices rooted in compliance or ableist expectations. She believes high-quality services should support people in building skills that are meaningful to their own lives while respecting who they are.
As Executive Director, Lauren is committed to building an organization where those values are reflected not only in the services Full Spectrum provides, but also in its culture, policies, and approach to supporting families and staff.
Outside of Full Spectrum, Lauren is happiest when she’s outside, at a concert, lost in a good book, or making something creative. She loves traveling, art, yoga, music in just about every form, and spending time with her daughter.
Ophelia (Layla) Weir, MS, LBA
Hello – I’m Layla! I have been working in ABA for over four years. I recently received my B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global and received my BCBA certification in February of 2025. I am passionate about Autism advocacy and ensuring that each child is heard and celebrated as they are. Each child is completely unique and incredible in their own way. I am married and have two children. I also have two dogs and a cat! I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading, and writing. I am so proud to be a part of Full Spectrum and so excited about this journey.
Kayla Harshbarger
Kayla is the HR and Logistics Office Manager for Full Spectrum Therapies, bringing over ten years of experience supporting children and adults with ASD and IDD. She also serves as Chairperson of the Human Rights Committee for Indiana Behavior Association.
Kayla is so happy to be a part of the Full Spectrum team and excited for the continued journey ahead. She loves collaborating with her colleagues to support the organization’s growth and takes great joy in making a positive, lasting impact in the lives of the individuals and families they serve.
Outside of work, Kayla is a proud dog mom to two Boston Terriers, Piper and Winston. She is an avid reader, enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks, loves hunting for unique finds while thrifting, and is a dedicated Diet Coke enthusiast.
Mark Wood, BA
Hi, I’m Mark. I take care of billing and administrative work on the back end, organizing paperwork, keeping records straight, and making sure all the numbers line up where they should. I’ve been with the company for two years and I really like the steady rhythm of the work and the team I get to work with every day.
When I’m off the clock, I usually end up reading, working on some writing, or playing guitar at home. Quiet, creative things are my idea of a good time.
