I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master’s degree from Ball State University, where I also earned graduate certificates in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since 2015, I have been dedicated to the field of ABA and was proud to be one of the first Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Montgomery County.

My professional passion lies in supporting self-advocacy and empowering families through meaningful parent training. I believe in fostering independence while honoring each child’s unique identity and strengths.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, gardening, and spending quality time with my husband and our two daughters. It’s a joy to walk alongside children and families as they grow, learn, and thrive.

Scott Keith, BA, RBT

Scott is overjoyed to be an RBT at Full Spectrum.  After dabbling in music therapy and psychology, Scott ultimately from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in theater.  He believes in the transformative and therapeutic magic of the arts.  Providing care to loved ones with autism has given him an appreciation for the unique obstacles families face, and he is committed to fighting the stigma people with special needs battle daily. After studying and traveling all over the globe, Scott is proud to call Waynetown his home, and resides there with his French Bulldog Nova!  Scott’s hobbies include meditation, gardening, gaming, and cloud watching.

Hi! I’m Joanna Johnson but my best buddies call me Jo! I have previous experience in childcare and plenty of younger siblings. I have worked at Starbucks for the past two years and am very excited to take a new turn in my career journey. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, friends and family, reading books, caring for my plants, and thrifting. I can’t wait to make tons of memories with the kiddos!

Hello, my name is Breanna Booe  I am a mom to 3 kids who are 9,8, and 6. I have been working as an RBT for almost 2 years and was previously a preschool teacher. In my free time I love to go hiking with my kids, longboard, bake, and paint!  I am so excited to start my journey at full spectrum and can’t wait to start building relationships with the kiddos!

Hello! My name is Emily Rogers. I’m 29 years old with a background in early childhood education having my paraprofessional certification and having been a pre-K teacher as well as a Title One and special needs aide at Ladoga Elementary. I have my associates of arts degree in American Sign Language, graduating from Vincennes University in 2021.
I love working with littles and learning so much from them everyday. My favorite pastimes are reading, crafting, skiing, and traveling. I am so excited to start this new adventure and get to know the beautiful minds of the littles I’ll be working with

My name is Shelby Parish, and I have been working in the field of ABA for five years. I began my career as an RBT and quickly realized that working with the neurodiverse community is my passion. After a year as an RBT, I applied to graduate school to become a BCBA. In August 2022, I graduated from Ball State with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been working as a Clinical Supervisor since then.

My approach to ABA emphasizes naturalistic, supportive, and client-centered teaching and motivation. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three pets—two rescue dogs, Waggie and Maple, and a chonky cat named Wenzel. We love spending our evenings and weekends playing board games, hiking, weightlifting, and playing pickleball!

Hello! My name is Emma Adair and I am 18 years old. I began working at Full Spectrum as an intern in August of 2023 and have decided to fulfill this career path! Outside of Full Spectrum, I am a dance coach, a lead at Pizza King of Crawfordsville, and soon to be an online student at Ball State for ABA therapy. Hello! My name is Jakob Phillips. I am 25 years old and new to the ABA field. I am excited to work with Full spectrum and help all the kiddos in our journey. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children (age 1 and 3).

Caitlin Martin

Speech Therapist

Caitlin is a national certified and state licensed speech-language pathologist. She has been working with children with autism for 6+ years in a variety of settings. Her previous experiences include working in autism centers as an ABA therapist and speech therapist. She incorporates AAC, reading, and imaginative play into her therapy sessions. Caitlin specializes in autism diagnostics and currently works part-time in the Riley Developmental Medicine department. She also owns Better Together Speech Therapy, LLC where she contracts with Full Spectrum ABA Therapy, LLC to provide speech and language services.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys playing house and reading with her two children. She is an avid reader and is part of her neighborhood book club. Caitlin loves unique plants and takes care of 100+ houseplants. She has a special place in her heart for Spain where she has spent time as a childcare provider and student. She speaks proficient Spanish and has 5+ years working with Spanish-speaking clients.
